If the law is followed, but the outcome is unjust or incorrect, is it acceptable for a citizen to disobey?

No because the first part was dependant on the citizen, the second part was dependant on the authorities part, and the citizens collective trust in them.

It would be unjustly if for trusting a corrupt power, that they would be rewarded.
