I've just trawled myself through page upon page of Winamp skins looking for something 'clean and fresh,' and the only one that I've come across that looks half decent is the one that just emulates Windows Media Player 11. Almost everything else, if not everything else, is actually really, really shit.

I use classic because it uses less thingy, that makes things lag.
